We do not clean on weekends when it is a one-time cleaning except for weekly, bi-monthly, and monthly

To ensure maximum efficiency, we ask that you pick up any toys or clothing before we arrive. We also ask that you find a place for your pets so they’re comfortable while we clean. Following through with these requests will help both your family and our team ensure that all of your possessions are in a safe place.

No, because we work on an 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. schedule, Monday to Friday, and most of our customers aren’t home when we arrive. In a majority of these cases, our house cleaning specialists are provided with a spare key.

Our cleaning methods ensure that your home receives the most consistent cleaning every time to accommodate all of your specific requests. However, we do recognize that perfection is not always possible. We’re happy to correct our mistakes at no additional cost to you when you contact us by the end of the business day the service was rendered service.

We are open to our clients who prefer to use their equipment and materials but generally, we render the service using our materials and equipment

Payments are due before the start of the service. We take 70% initial deposit and 30% after completion via bank transfer, mobile money or simply cash
