Janel Properties brand started some few years ago after a problem was identified with a few family members. These family members had acquired a number of properties within Accra with the sole aim of making some returns on their investments. Unfortunately, they put their properties/ assets in the hands of care takers who mishandled and left their properties in a bad state.

In addition to that, some of the properties had not been properly regularised at the lands commission hence they could not sell these properties at the time that they wished to. Some had also purchased these properties/assets not with the aim of renting or selling at a later date but to keep and hand over to other family members when they were no more. The fear of their properties being mishandled and taken away from them stirred the need to create a solution and a niche within the market.

This niche was carefully crafted to understand the needs of each individual/family in order to assist them in the management of their properties. This idea then grew into something bigger by providing home caring/sitting services (which includes building, renting, selling and general home maintenance), interior décor services, cleaning services and a home store. Janel Company Ltd is not your regular realty company but a management expert company that can help you build, invest and manage all your properties whether commercial or residential.
